What you will do

• Set and achieve goals like 100% NSM attainment, CSAT 4.2+, and $150k bookings per half-year across the pod.
• Implement best practices in LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
• Break down barriers in 1:1 conversations with Strategists and establish action plans for strategy success.
• Drive client and employee retention, directly impacting P&L performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, actively learning AI and automation for marketing and operations.

Requirements

• Must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.
• Experience in paid search, social media, and performance marketing for B2B SaaS/tech.
• Strong analytics, storytelling, and strategy skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate laptop, reliable internet, and remain stationary for extended periods.
