Salary: $65,800 USD - $88,100 USD (US residents)

What you will do

• Proactively support Sales, CS, and Success teams to drive seamless customer transitions across the journey
• Champion customer needs and drive product adoption during onboarding
• Manage escalations, billing, churn accounts, and contract amendments
• De-escalate complaints and inspire customers to engage with onboarding
• Own Salesforce workflows for ticketing, reporting, and compliance
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation Managers, and Billing to adapt to retention trends

Requirements

• Salesforce knowledge and experience with reporting and dashboards
• 1-2 years of customer retention experience
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, break down complex situations, and make unbiased decisions
• Proficient product knowledge and willingness to learn hirify.global platform
• Effective risk mitigation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
