What you will do

  • Lead post-sale relationships for a portfolio of SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts across the US West Coast and APAC.
  • Drive customer onboarding, feature adoption, and value realization to ensure successful platform integration.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to analyze customer ROI and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate license renewals and identify opportunities for revenue growth through license expansion.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, communicating feedback to business and product teams.
  • Cultivate customer advocates for referrals, case studies, and spotlights.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone (West Coast).
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role or account management.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, or JIRA.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Background or experience in CAD or design.
