TL;DR

What you will do

  • Set up and refine client relationship architecture and account management processes in alignment with management.
  • Own strategic high-value clients, ensuring flawless onboarding.
  • Coach account management team on complex situations and technical issues.
  • Lead upselling strategies and churn minimization initiatives.
  • Represent enterprise partners in product discussions to shape roadmap.
  • Oversee resolution of high-priority technical tickets with engineering.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in high-level Account Management with enterprise clients in SaaS or AdTech.
  • Experience building account structures and communication cadences from scratch.
  • Ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders and technical leads.
  • Revenue-driven mindset aligning partner success with business goals.
  • Fluent English; German is a bonus.
