Marketing Campaign Lead (Telco B2B): Drive new customer acquisition and sales growth across TV, Broadband and Mobile for small-to-medium businesses with an accent on strategic planning, budget investment and post-campaign analysis. Focus on optimizing CPA efficiency, partnering with media agencies for innovation, and building cross-functional partnerships for aligned campaign delivery.

Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite in Osterley campus, London

What you will do

  • Support strategic quarterly planning and build forecasts for marketing plans
  • Define marketing budget investment to drive sales at efficient CPA and partner with media agency for growth and innovation
  • Own post-campaign analysis to improve efficiency
  • Build partnerships with Brand, Marketing Operations, pricing and sales teams for strategy alignment and delivery
  • Support weekly trading meetings with performance evaluation
  • Manage creative briefs with a strong eye for standout campaigns

Requirements

  • Demonstrable senior-level experience managing campaigns and trading performance in telco sector
  • Experience of recent team and people management
  • Ability to make decisions based on UK B2B telecoms marketing and market experience
  • Innovative and pragmatic thinking to drive continuous improvement and commercial outcomes
  • Strong numeracy, commercial literacy, and ability to size market opportunities with data
  • Excellent communication to influence and lead discussions at all levels
