What you will do

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across Heart, Smooth, hirify.global Player, and the Podcast portfolio.
• Own the campaign lifecycle from initial strategy and briefing to final launch and rollout.
• Oversee brand management to ensure consistency and distinctiveness across multiple media brands.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, and Brand Design teams to align strategic goals.
• Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets.

Requirements

• Strong experience in brand marketing and end-to-end campaign development.
• Proficiency in combining strategy, media planning, and creative execution.
• Proven understanding of brand management and building distinctive brand identities.
• Experience managing complex projects with numerous moving parts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London (Leicester Square).
