Location: London, Farringdon (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, Tuesday and Thursday as anchor days)

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams to build creator strategies for UK and global accounts ensuring quality, viability, and excellence.
- Unpack client briefs with precision, metabolize information quickly, and identify key insights or cultural signals.
- Ensure brand stories adapt across platforms and communities based on user behaviors.
- Partner with client leads to strengthen relationships and solve core business challenges.
- Track trends, formats, and platform shifts to create progressive, culturally-rooted creative routes leveraging creators.
- Apply learnings from prior work to evolve strategies and serve as authority on creator economy developments.
Requirements
- Must have direct experience developing creator and/or community-focused campaigns
- Minimum 9 years in creative, social media, or content strategy, with 3+ years in senior role leading a team
- Fluency in social media platforms, user behaviors, and best practices
- Meticulous creative thinker with analytical skills to turn data into insights
- Strong project management, pitching, and presentation skills
- Passion for creator economy, positivity, collaboration, and flexibility
