What you will do

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with biggest producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in entertainment.
• Develop and deliver growth strategy for the market to scale hirify.global's presence in the region.
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners for mutual value creation and sustainable partnerships.
• Balance and grow a large base of clients with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across Austria and internationally.
• Stay updated on entertainment trends and emerging experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years top-tier consulting or equivalent, ideally +4 years in corporate management, tech, sport/music/arts
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter mentality for demanding startup environment
• Data-driven approach to business and prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of city’s entertainment, events, lifestyle trends
