Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany

Salary: Up to €86,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What you will do

  • Maintain a daily field presence in the Berlin market, visiting restaurants, cafes, and bars for face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourcing and prospecting to conducting demos and closing contracts.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to understand merchant needs and build custom software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network and referral system within the local hospitality scene.
  • Collaborate with a local squad of sales professionals based in the Berlin HQ.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language skills (essential for building trust with local owners).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results without micromanagement.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to initiate conversations in busy environments.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality operations is a plus.
