What you will do

• Lead transportation operations during the overnight window, ensuring all loads execute on time across a high-volume network.
• Manage a team of coordinators responsible for load tracking, exception management, and execution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, including delays, capacity gaps, and network disruptions.
• Make real-time decisions to adjust routing, capacity, and recovery plans based on live conditions.
• Source and book ad hoc recovery shipments, balancing cost and service quality.
• Monitor and drive key performance metrics such as On-Time Departure (OTD) and On-Time Arrival (OTA).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain with an emphasis on live operations.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Analytical mindset to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable decisions.
