What you will do

• Facilitate compliance to corporate health, safety, and environmental policies, including training and documentation.
• Support sales efforts while maintaining regulatory compliance and standards.
• Lead the branch's emergency response team.
• Conduct safety audits and daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations.
• Cultivate employee ownership and positive work environment.
• Participate in inspections from agencies like DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS.
• Directly supervise Material Handlers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in operations
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operation
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
