What you will do

• Manage full order lifecycle from load building to tendering using TMS.
• Build carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and select optimal transport modes.
• Analyze performance trends, resolve errors, and prevent shipment failures.
• Train users on systems and document standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with shippers, receivers, and carriers to solve logistical challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED + 2+ years in transportation/logistics (Bachelor’s in Supply Chain may substitute)
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in fast-paced logistics environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years deep logistics experience.
• Familiarity with BI and Tableau for data insights.
• Advanced Google Workspace or Microsoft Office proficiency.
