Salary: $100,400 - $133,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage all localized activities of the TSDF, including health & safety, compliance, and waste management.
• Lead, train, and direct plant employees on corporate and divisional initiatives.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material processing to ensure laboratory discharge compliance.
• Ensure preventative maintenance obligations are met and the facility remains audit-ready.
• Analyze budgets, sales, and performance data to identify cost reductions and program improvements.
• Manage employee performance reviews and mentor the overall growth of the facility team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience in Logistics and Operations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to meet physical demands: lifting 50lbs, working in confined spaces, and wearing a full-face respirator.

Nice to have

• Background in wastewater treatment, waste analysis, and solidification.
• Experience with laboratory analysis and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste.
• Experience with DOT compliance.
