What you will do

• Coordinate communication between internal customers, Operations teams, 3PL Distribution Centers, and Delivery Agents.
• Respond to and resolve assigned transportation and agent-related service cases within Salesforce.com.
• Monitor shipments using applicable carrier tracking systems to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange for the retrieval and return of company assets in collaboration with carriers and studio associates.
• Partner with phone center personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or distribution, preferably in logistics or customer service roles.
• Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems, specifically NetSuite, Salesforce, or Manhattan.
• Solid understanding of basic logistics terminology and operational flow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with limited direct supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Zeeland, MI.
