TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or near Austin, TX

Salary: $210,000 — $245,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own company-wide renewal outcomes, including Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and support of Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Lead and scale a team of Renewals Managers, ensuring consistency in execution and clarity of ownership.
  • Build and maintain high-confidence renewal forecasts across all segments using AI-driven tools and analytics.
  • Develop early risk identification and intervention frameworks to reduce customer churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to align renewal strategies.
  • Standardize renewal processes, playbooks, and pricing guardrails while driving adoption of Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience with Renewal/Sales in a SaaS environment.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior ICs.
  • Proven success influencing GRR/NRR in scaled ($100M+ ARR) environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
  • Track record of embedding AI-based systems and insights to improve team efficiency and forecasting.
