TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales (AI): Leading enterprise sales strategy and driving revenue growth for a legal AI platform with an accent on building high-performing sales teams and closing high-value B2B SaaS deals. Focus on recruiting top talent, optimizing scalable sales processes, and engaging C-level stakeholders in Fortune 1000 companies.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule required for those within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.

Salary: $320,000 – $380,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Design and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting in-house legal teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Identify and close complex, multimillion-dollar deals with Fortune 1000 legal departments.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess performance and drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Experience recruiting and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders such as General Counsel and CLOs.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to in-house legal teams or familiarity with the legal tech market.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven software solutions or legal text processing.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
  • Experience contributing to sales playbooks or training programs.
