Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule required for those within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.
Salary: $320,000 – $380,000 OTE

What you will do
- Design and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting in-house legal teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team fostering a culture of accountability.
- Identify and close complex, multimillion-dollar deals with Fortune 1000 legal departments.
- Implement scalable sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal structuring.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess performance and drive data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Experience recruiting and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders such as General Counsel and CLOs.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to in-house legal teams or familiarity with the legal tech market.
- Knowledge of AI-driven software solutions or legal text processing.
- Proficiency with sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
- Experience contributing to sales playbooks or training programs.
