Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland). Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and creative roles from intake through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to advise on talent availability and search strategies.
- Utilize talent intelligence tools for market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, and candidate evaluation.
- Develop repeatable, AI-enabled workflows to improve hiring speed and quality.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple domains (technical, commercial, creative).
- Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
- Experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools to create structured workflows.
- Ability to use market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies.
- Must have existing authorization to work in Poland.
