What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and creative roles from intake through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to advise on talent availability and search strategies.
• Utilize talent intelligence tools for market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, and candidate evaluation.
• Develop repeatable, AI-enabled workflows to improve hiring speed and quality.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple domains (technical, commercial, creative).
• Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
• Experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools to create structured workflows.
• Ability to use market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies.
• Must have existing authorization to work in Poland.
