Salary: $175,000–$185,000/yr

What you will do

• Lead TA and TA+ teams to deliver high-volume and high-quality hiring outcomes for clients.
• Manage client implementation, including initial discovery, SOP creation, and tool development.
• Drive team accountability and performance metrics to exceed client expectations.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill roles.
• Oversee financial results, budgets, and personnel management including hiring and career development.
• Collaborate with Labor Management, HR, and CSM to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (indicated by E-Verify and US-specific benefit requirements).
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field (required); Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience leading TA teams and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in long-term care operations is required.
