SBC Performance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team and take ownership of hiring strategy and execution. This is a hybrid role based in Prague or Warsaw, offering a strong mix of strategic and hands-on recruitment work.

With 250+ professionals across the international arena, including the US, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, etc we are building a fast-moving, data-first performance culture.

What you’ll be doing:
— Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across functions
— Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
— Build and manage talent pipelines
— Optimize sourcing strategies and hiring workflows
— Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
— Contribute to scaling and improving TA processes

What they’re looking for:
— Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
— Strong stakeholder management skills
— Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
— Hands-on sourcing experience
— Proactive and structured approach
