TL;DR

Pre-Sales (SaaS Health): Master the platform and support Sales team with insights, expertise, and tools for enterprise and public sector customers with an accent on understanding prospects’ needs, assessing functional alignment, and participating in RFP submissions. Focus on evangelizing services, acting as voice of the customer for product roadmap, and coordinating complex onboardings.

What you will do

  • Master the platform and enable Sales team with insights, expertise, and tools.
  • Listen to prospects’ needs, assess functional alignment, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Participate in RFP submissions and build responses with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts.
  • Evangelize services during customer acquisition and prepare handovers for onboardings.
  • Act as voice of the customer to feed the platform roadmap.
  • Coordinate complex customer onboardings leveraging deep customer knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • 5+ years in SaaS environment
  • Experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP) from buyer or supplier side
  • Talent for active listening, handling objections, and pitching transparently
  • High-level stakeholder management and task prioritization
  • Teamwork-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow

Nice to have

  • Experience in French Public Sector
  • Experience in HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions
  • Experience in Insurance or Health platforms
