Salary: $200,000 - $333,000 total target cash (varies by location: CO $200k-$300k, NYC/SF Bay $222k-$333k, CA outside Bay/WA $200k-$300k, inclusive of bonus/commission)

What you will do
- Align with sales leadership to develop territory partner strategy for pipeline and revenue targets
- Co-create partner plans to enable field activities like account mapping, co-marketing, and solution plays
- Build and track partner-sourced and assisted pipeline
- Act as trusted advisor to Account Executives, pre-qualifying partners and preparing them for meetings
- Activate new partners to broaden platform reach and drive revenue
- Attend forecast calls to provide visibility into partner opportunities
Requirements
- 5-8 years in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Partner Development
- Experience growing partner-sourced pipeline in mid-size and enterprise segments
- Data-driven decision making, focusing on outcomes
- Solve complex problems, design processes, bias for execution
- Motivated by exceeding revenue targets
- Knowledge of Product Management, Analytics, Experimentation & Growth landscape preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset for building partnerships
