What you will do

• Directly manage Product Managers across financial reporting, admin reporting, and BI reporting (Logi Symphony).
• Coordinate roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and resolve dependencies across reporting domains.
• Monitor delivery progress, remove blockers, and ensure quality of PRDs and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, professional services, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
• Engage customers, support sales in deals, and represent reporting as domain SME.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including 2+ years in people management or team lead.
• 5+ years in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services SaaS.
• Solid understanding of equity reporting (ASC 718, IFRS 2), admin reporting, and embedded analytics.
• Experience with equity compensation plans, data structures, Agile/Scrum, and product frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience managing multiple reporting workstreams.
• Familiarity with Certent Equity Management.
