What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payroll capabilities aligned with business growth and efficiency goals.
• Lead end-to-end development from discovery to launch, turning complex workflows into executable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, support, and revenue teams to build scalable, compliant systems.
• Conduct customer research using quantitative and qualitative insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll accuracy, compliance, reporting, and workflows through iteration.
• Influence stakeholders and manage dependencies for cohesive execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on payroll or related HR/workforce systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll workflows, calculations, deductions, compliance, and operations.
• Proven ability to handle complex problems and create structured product plans.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and building stakeholder relationships.
• Strong customer empathy and direct user engagement skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact; analytical, data-driven with communication skills.
