Salary: $180,000–$225,000 base + equity

What you will do
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payroll capabilities aligned with business growth and efficiency goals.
- Lead end-to-end development from discovery to launch, turning complex workflows into executable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, support, and revenue teams to build scalable, compliant systems.
- Conduct customer research using quantitative and qualitative insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll accuracy, compliance, reporting, and workflows through iteration.
- Influence stakeholders and manage dependencies for cohesive execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on payroll or related HR/workforce systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll workflows, calculations, deductions, compliance, and operations.
- Proven ability to handle complex problems and create structured product plans.
- Experience in cross-functional environments and building stakeholder relationships.
- Strong customer empathy and direct user engagement skills.
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact; analytical, data-driven with communication skills.
