Salary: $121,200.00–$225,800.00 annually

What you will do

• Define and lead the roadmap for digital banking capabilities, focusing on mobile-first experiences that meet member needs.
• Manage the RFP process, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to select the right platform for hirify.global’s future.
• Partner with teams across Marketing, Payments, Fraud Ops, and Cybersecurity to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Use data insights and member feedback to identify pain points, improve adoption, and enhance overall user experience.
• Establish and monitor key metrics, ensuring products meet business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned and adjust strategies to keep hirify.global ahead in the digital banking space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or product development roles.
• Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Ability to self-direct, identify business and customer needs, and deliver solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with digital banking and mobile platforms.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience developing user stories and domain expertise.
• Strong research, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Product Owner certification.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
