What you will do

• Innovate using generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent insights to solve real-world problems for marketers.
• Define the roadmap and drive end-to-end execution of AI-driven experiences within the platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to ship new data products.
• Generate and prioritize the product backlog for AI teams based on industry trends and customer needs.
• Conduct regular customer engagement through user testing, discovery, and research.
• Create and measure customer adoption plans for newly shipped features.

Requirements

• Experience working on a B2B or B2B2C SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience building AI products, specifically for enterprise customers, with a background in data science and machine learning.
• Technical ability to partner with data science and ML engineering teams to translate needs into product architecture.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data and market analysis for strategic decisions.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Deep customer empathy and a collaborative mindset.
