What you will do

• Innovate using generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent insights to solve marketers’ real-world problems
• Drive product roadmap and execution for AI-driven experiences within the hirify.global platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal teams
• Engage regularly with customers for user testing, discovery, and feedback
• Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
• Create customer adoption plans and measure feature engagement

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US for remote work
• Experience with SaaS products and B2B/B2B2C environments
• Hands-on experience building AI products and technical understanding of AI/ML
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for product decisions
• Experience working with agile teams and tools like Jira
• Collaborative team player with deep customer empathy
