Location: United States, remote with hybrid expectations for candidates near Westlake/Dallas, TX.

Salary: $106,000 – $139,400 USD depending on experience and location.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end customer identity and access experience, including login, signup, SSO, authentication, and provisioning workflows.
  • Identify and eliminate friction in user access journeys to improve activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with engineering on identity infrastructure and enterprise authentication flows.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align identity features with customer needs and deals.
  • Define and prioritize roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity enhancements.
  • Analyze behavioral data with analytics teams to drive product decisions and lifecycle initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software (or equivalent with advanced degree).
  • Proven experience owning authentication, authorization, or identity products with business impact.
  • Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC.
  • Experience with cross-functional Agile teams, including engineers and designers.
  • Ability to handle B2C and B2B personas in one ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills and collaboration with data, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
