What you will do

• Master the platform's user experience and admin features, get certified on Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Host Stadium webinars and manage Engagement Academy to drive client platform adoption and engagement.
• Update training content to align with product releases and analyze completion rates/satisfaction scores for improvements.
• Lead projects to enhance One-to-Many strategy, such as new webinar formats or gamification.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base, participate in product discovery meetings, and mentor new trainers.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Trainer or client-facing in Customer Success/Care
• Recognized listening and teaching skills
• Clear and concise communication in writing and orally
• Proactive mindset in results-oriented culture
• Impeccable spelling/grammar in English, German, and French
