Partner Enablement Specialist (EMEA)

Location: Remote eligible (EMEA focus), able to travel up to 20%.

What you will do

• Define partner enablement needs with Channel Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to support the partner ecosystem strategy.
• Build scalable enablement content and programs for partners across EMEA and international landscape.
• Collaborate with product marketing, product, and sales experts to create and refine course content and materials.
• Manage partner training courses and certifications in the Partner Training LMS.
• Develop reporting to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks, maintain training catalog, and present content to in-person and remote audiences.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated sales or channel enablement experience focused on training delivery and/or curriculum development for partner ecosystems.
• Comfortable presenting to professional rooms and remote groups.
• Able to travel up to 20%.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with collaborative, data-driven approach.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Background or experience in AEC industry.
• Experience selling, marketing, or training in AEC or adjacent industries.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global, CAD, Revit, BIM, or other AEC software.
• Fluency in German, French, or Spanish.
