Salary: $77,100 - $96,400 + annual bonus

What you will do
- Manage the development and administration of partner training courses and certifications within the Partner Training LMS.
- Define partner enablement needs and support the overall strategy for the partner ecosystem in collaboration with Channel Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Build scalable, high-quality enablement content and programs for external partners globally.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in product and sales to conceptualize and refine course materials.
- Create and maintain a reporting suite to illustrate the efficacy of enablement programs.
- Manage the training catalog and reference system while ensuring project tasks meet set deadlines.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in sales or channel enablement, with a focus on training delivery and/or curriculum development.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident presenting to both in-person and virtual professional audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Background in or knowledge of the AEC industry is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with , CAD programs, Revit, BIM, CMS, or other AEC software solutions.
