TL;DR

Senior Outbound Growth Ops: Building and running outbound sales machine from lead generation to booked discovery with an accent on data sourcing, enrichment, CRM automation, and prospection tooling. Focus on defining lead gen strategy, optimizing tech stack with SQL/AI/low-code, and establishing feedback loops to boost sales conversion.

Location: Must be based in or open to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Biarritz, Nantes, or Annecy, France.

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system for companies in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

What you will do

  • Define lead generation strategy and roadmap, translating GTM needs into prioritized initiatives.
  • Co-own leadgen datalake in Snowflake: manage data definitions, dedupe logic, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement enrichment tools, define rules, monitor accuracy, and integrate with CRM and outbound tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Lemlist.
  • Build prospection processes, coordinate outbound campaigns, drive tool adoption for sales teams.
  • Create dashboards for funnel metrics, sequence performance, data quality; analyze bottlenecks and propose experiments.
  • Establish structured feedback loops with sales leads to translate insights into operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Minimum 5 years in lead generation, outbound growth operations, or sales operations in B2B tech.
  • Solid SQL skills and database management for querying, joining, segmentation.
  • Experience with AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, AI sales use-cases, workflow integrations.
  • Automation/low-code expertise (Zapier or similar).
  • Strong CRM fundamentals, preferably Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with outbound tools like Outreach, Lemlist.
  • Reporting and analytics: metrics definition, dashboards, insights.
