What you will do

• Support strategic sales opportunities in DACH and France, partnering with sales on discovery calls, deep dives, and deal execution.
• Create and deliver customized presentations, product demos, and POCs highlighting hirify.global Cognigy benefits.
• Analyze customer needs, design tailored solutions, and recommend how Cognigy addresses pain points.
• Provide technical support to sales, answer questions, perform competitive analysis, and train internal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate requirements and enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales with engaging demonstrations.
• Background in enterprise software, especially contact center or automation technologies.
• JavaScript programming/scripting; Java, Python a plus.
• Experience with conversational AI, generative AI, NLU/NLP, UI/UX.
• Knowledge of contact center tech (SIP, SBC, ACD, ASR, TTS, IVR, chatbots).
• Fluent in English, German, and French (French at professional level required).
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
