What you will do

• Support field sales in demonstrating the value of the hirify.global API Management platform to potential customers.
• Establish customer requirements and grow trusted relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
• Lead and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) throughout the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services engagements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of software or sales engineering experience at a SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise Software company.
• Must be based in France.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open-source business models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and fluency in Linux OS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, DCOS/Mesos, or Docker Swarm.
