Senior Sales Engineer, Strategic (EMEA - English): Lead technical discovery, PoCs, and deal shaping for strategic accounts with an accent on AI governance, container security, and software supply chain integrity. Location: Remote (England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain)

Salary: €122.5K – €175K • OTE • Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI/ML teams on AI governance, supply chain risks, compliance, and secure SDLC.
  • Design and execute PoCs/PoVs on policy enforcement, image integrity, SBOM, AI controls, and secure pipelines with clear success criteria.
  • Influence decision-makers via demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and value summaries translating technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Build and own relationships with technical champions to shape requirements, uncover expansions, and provide ongoing architectural guidance.
  • Advocate customer needs to Product/Engineering, develop reusable assets, and support competitive sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in French and English is mandatory
  • Proven experience as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise sales.
  • Strong experience running competitive PoCs/PoVs with defined success criteria.
  • Ability to engage senior technical/business stakeholders with solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern architectures.
  • Experience with hirify.global/containers or adjacent tech, plus development, Agentic AI, SDLC, or supply chain strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%; hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship.
