What you will do

  • Lead sales activity in Enterprise accounts to achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Develop detailed account plans and long-term product strategies for new and existing product lines.
  • Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Orchestrate collaborations between sales and pre-sales experts to ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Drive partner co-selling efforts and develop new partners within the Norway ecosystem.
  • Support the Country Manager in establishing the local office in Norway.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and data center environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and driving net new business.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer leadership and influencers.
  • Technical capability to speak credibly on modern computing, storage, and cloud technologies.
