Senior Manager, PMO (Legal Tech)

TL;DR

Senior Manager, PMO (Legal Tech): Support the PMO Director by leading project managers and ensuring high standards in project execution with an accent on people management, team development, and operational oversight. Location: Hybrid in UK-London-Office; must reside within reasonable commuting distance and be on-site at least three days per week

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 (annual)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support project managers through onboarding, training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance.
• Serve as first-level escalation for project delivery issues and staff concerns, resolving at team level and escalating as needed.
• Reinforce project governance, processes, and best practices; provide feedback for improvements.
• Monitor team workload, resources, performance metrics, and summarize data for reporting.
• Gather customer feedback, advocate for team, and enhance client experience.
• Foster team culture, identify development needs, and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and support commercial activities.
• Promote adoption of project delivery tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management with hands-on people leadership
• Strong understanding of project management processes and coaching ability
• Experience supporting agile/hybrid delivery teams
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues in fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills
• Ability to monitor performance and report upward
• Direct project delivery experience in professional services or tech environments
