TL;DR
Project Manager (SaaS): Planning, documenting and provisioning new customers onto The Layer B2B platform with an accent on stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery. Location: Must be based in the UK; hybrid setup with regular team meet-ups in Glasgow and occasional UK travel.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

What you will do
- Manage onboarding projects from initial contact through to post-launch handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and flowcharts to track progress and identify blockers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and report project status.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure the timely delivery of new features.
- Create training agendas and deliver run-through sessions for customers prior to launch.
- Develop support articles and training materials to facilitate seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in a project management role from conception to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Relevant degree in Business, Technology, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
- Industry knowledge of CRM, SaaS, fixed and mobile telecoms, or IT services.
