Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage onboarding projects from initial contact through to post-launch handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and flowcharts to track progress and identify blockers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and report project status.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure the timely delivery of new features.
• Create training agendas and deliver run-through sessions for customers prior to launch.
• Develop support articles and training materials to facilitate seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in a project management role from conception to delivery.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Relevant degree in Business, Technology, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Industry knowledge of CRM, SaaS, fixed and mobile telecoms, or IT services.
