What you will do

  • Manage and nurture customer accounts through daily communication and digital marketing expertise.
  • Drive product adoption by aligning tool value with customer marketing objectives.
  • Solve customer problems using deep knowledge of the hirify.global tool and the digital ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Collaborate with internal product developers to maintain a quick customer feedback loop.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for quarterly business reviews, conferences, and industry events.
  • Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work model.
