Senior Management Accountant (APAC)

What you will do

• Coordinate month-end close process targeting 3–5 working days, including journals for accruals, payroll, FX, and intercompany adjustments.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset registers, cash flow summaries, and management reporting packs with financial commentary.
• Update and maintain 4-month forecasting models, conduct variance analysis, and contribute to weekly forecast calls.
• Monitor freelance spend, project coding, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.
• Support audit schedules, GST/VAT workings, cash flow forecasts, and compliance with revenue recognition policies.
• Partner with operational teams on billing, purchase orders, and financial queries to ensure accurate revenue and insights.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years in management accounting, financial reporting, or similar finance role.
• Experience in marketing, digital, media, or creative agency with project-based revenue, client billing, and profitability reporting.
• Strong Excel skills for structured financial models and large datasets.
• Experience with forecasting models, management reporting, and multi-currency environments preferred.
• Paprika accounting system experience advantageous; strong analytical and communication skills for non-finance stakeholders.
