What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs focused on dev tooling, CI/CD, and testing infrastructure.
• Own the developer experience measurement program, establishing baseline metrics and driving iterative improvements.
• Identify and integrate AI-powered tools such as codegen and copilots into developer workflows.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design to surface risks and dependencies early.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and processes to improve execution and scalability across multiple programs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Directors and Engineering Managers to refine execution management.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex engineering programs.
• Experience with developer productivity measurement tools (e.g., DX, Pluralsight Flow, LinearB).
• Proficiency in treating AI as a core part of work execution and embedding it into team workflows.
• Comfortable operating in technical domains such as CI/CD, dev tooling, or internal platforms.
• Proficiency with program management tooling including Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Must have valid right to work authorization for Argentina.
