Salary: $245,600 - $418,800 USD (United States residents)

What you will do

• Lead global team of Technical Program Managers aligned to Engineering verticals including AI, Infrastructure, Data, and Product Engineering.
• Own technical program management operating model including team structure, hiring, and career framework.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic cross-functional programs across infrastructure, security, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Define program scope, milestones, success criteria, and staffing plans.
• Establish program metrics for productivity gains and data-led reporting.
• Partner with Engineering leaders as accountability partner and influence strategic planning.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or both in complex technical organizations.
• Background as engineer or strong technical foundation for credibility with engineering teams.
• Experience building, scaling, and developing technical program management function or team.
• Track record delivering complex programs across multiple teams with customer impact focus.
• Ability to define metrics, use data for recommendations, and excel in written asynchronous communication in distributed environment.
• Experience across infrastructure, security, and platform engineering domains; influence without authority across engineering, product, marketing, sales, legal.
