TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage full order cycle: entry, validation, release of blocked orders, apply discounts and pricing policies.
  • Handle inquiries from dedicated retail and wholesale customers on prices, invoices, and complaints.
  • Liaise with Logistics Service Providers to monitor deliveries and ensure timely product distribution.
  • Oversee credit collection: monitor payments, verify compliance with payment plans for assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to Order to Cash process optimization and integration for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland
  • High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or related field
  • Solid proficiency in SAP (S4H) and Microsoft Office
