What you will do

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned SMB/Enterprise APAC accounts
• Act as trusted advisor, providing guidance on the hirify.global platform
• Identify and mitigate churn risks with proactive retention measures
• Manage long-term relationships to ensure renewals and account growth
• Uncover upsell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop expertise across all hirify.global products to drive client value

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); Cantonese is a bonus
• Solid understanding of digital marketing space and trends
• 3+ years in client-facing role, preferably SaaS
• Strong relationship building and rapport skills
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving
• Experience creating high-quality client materials
• Excellent critical thinking and team collaboration
