TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (Mathematical Optimization): Guiding prospective customers in integrating mathematical optimization technology into enterprise-grade software solutions with an accent on architecture, implementation, sizing, and scalability. Location: Remote from United Kingdom, Germany, or Spain. Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month and participate in meetings across global time zones.

What you will do
- Engage in calls and meetings with current and prospective customers.
- Oversee technical discussions in business opportunities and provide recommendations on architecture, sizing, implementation, and scalability.
- Deliver coaching, presentations, workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.
- Assist in building business cases and create materials showcasing product functionality.
- Lead internal initiatives to improve processes, systems, and tools.
- Act as subject matter expert and dedicated team player, emphasizing knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years professional experience, including ~3 years in optimization systems and/or data science.
- Master’s degree or higher in operations research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
- Proficiency in at least two Gurobi API languages (C, C++, Java, Python, C#, VB.NET).
- Basic understanding of IT/software engineering, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on mindset, proactive problem-solving, emotional intelligence, clear communication, and ability to thrive remotely.
