What you will do
- Own the technical sales process: answer technical customer questions, provide data samples, and resolve data-related issues.
- Create market-data examples and use cases with code examples in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
- Collect customer feedback and produce testimonials, case studies, and related materials.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and record-keeping procedures and keep the CRM up to date.
- Build executive relationships across the industry with key partners and customers.
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategy.
Requirements
- Experience with the end-to-end sales pipeline, including top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with developer and quant user bases.
- Experience with quant trading and market microstructure.
- Extreme attention to detail and record-keeping; ability to automate processes in HubSpot.
- Professional communication aligned with an institutional financial product tone.
- Readiness to work in a startup environment with limited resources and personnel.
Nice to have
- Active GitHub usage and enough C++, Python, and/or Rust knowledge to help answer client inquiries.
