What you will do
- Proactively prospect and conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads for the Account Management team.
- Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from potential clients across the APAC region.
- Analyze prospect business challenges and connect them to company solutions.
- Schedule high-quality sales meetings to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Attend external events to build meaningful relationships and identify opportunities.
- Maintain the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia.
- Experience in a similar SDR/BDR role is ideally required.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to drive confident conversations.
- Confidence in communicating with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage personal workflow and accountability.
- High energy, resilience, and a self-motivated mindset.
