What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email using structured outreach sequences.
- Engage prospects to identify insurance needs, coverage gaps, and eligibility.
- Pre-qualify prospects based on interest, timing, and decision-making readiness.
- Book confirmed, high-quality appointments for licensed insurance agents.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM systems.
- Meet daily performance targets, including 100–200+ outbound calls.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, SDR, or outbound appointment setting roles.
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency for communicating with U.S. consumers.
- Solid objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward next steps.
- Availability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) dayshift (8:30am-4:30pm).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dialers, and sales tools.
- Disciplined and coachable mindset with the ability to follow scripts.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated sales environments.
- Familiarity with health, life, auto, home, or supplemental insurance products.
- Previous experience targeting U.S.-based prospects.
- Prior use of dialing platforms, Google Sheets, and Slack.
