What you will do
- Own and close high-volume SMB and early mid-market deals end-to-end
- Help customers discover and adopt use cases tailored to their GTM motion
- Run fast, consultative sales cycles balancing speed and product understanding
- Provide technical guidance during sales, meeting customers at their level
- Collaborate with product teams to turn customer feedback into feature improvements
- Develop consultative selling skills while exploring emerging sales technologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of GTM experience (Sales, RevOps, Growth, Marketing) or technical role (Product, Solutions/Sales Engineering)
- Experience with or relevant GTM tools
- High business IQ to quickly grasp prospect GTM motion and value
- Creative and resourceful with bias toward experimentation and AI tools
- Clear, enthusiastic communicator translating technical concepts for non-technical users
- Insatiable curiosity for daily learning
