What you will do

• Develop scalable AI solutions for decision-making automation, LLM integration, reinforcement learning, and API connections delivering business outcomes.
• Own full AI lifecycle including data prep, agent building, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and responsible AI practices.
• Define AI standards, governance, reusable assets like cookbooks, and starter agents to accelerate adoption.
• Serve as expert on Microsoft Copilot Studio, tracking updates and providing guidance, patterns, and assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, coach citizen developers, communicate AI concepts, and build knowledge-sharing culture.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, innovate, balance priorities, and pursue continuous learning.

Requirements

• Strong software development in Python and/or Java, Agile lifecycle familiarity
• Proven automation with Public Cloud or Microsoft technologies
• AI/ML solution experience from prototype to enterprise deployment
• Cloud environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Analytical/problem-solving skills focused on performance and maintainability
• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, innovation, quick learning

Nice to have

• Awareness of AI architectures, LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph)
