What you will do
- Develop scalable AI solutions for decision-making automation, LLM integration, reinforcement learning, and API connections delivering business outcomes.
- Own full AI lifecycle including data prep, agent building, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and responsible AI practices.
- Define AI standards, governance, reusable assets like cookbooks, and starter agents to accelerate adoption.
- Serve as expert on Microsoft Copilot Studio, tracking updates and providing guidance, patterns, and assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, coach citizen developers, communicate AI concepts, and build knowledge-sharing culture.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, innovate, balance priorities, and pursue continuous learning.
Requirements
- Strong software development in Python and/or Java, Agile lifecycle familiarity
- Proven automation with Public Cloud or Microsoft technologies
- AI/ML solution experience from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Cloud environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Analytical/problem-solving skills focused on performance and maintainability
- Enthusiasm for AI, automation, innovation, quick learning
Nice to have
- Awareness of AI architectures, LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph)
