What you will do

• Lead engagements from discovery to operational handover, transforming enterprise engineering organisations.
• Design and implement AI native workflows including Claude Code, agentic assistants, AI testing, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and roll out operating models for AI engineering covering tooling, processes, and team structures.
• Co-engineer with client teams to integrate new practices into codebases and delivery cadences.
• Own senior technical relationships and navigate organisational challenges while identifying new opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and codify scalable playbooks for AI transformations.

Requirements

• 5+ years as software engineer with production experience building and shipping real systems
• Deep passion for AI transforming software engineering; daily use of Claude Code, Copilot, or agentic tools
• Experience in client-facing technical roles like forward deployed engineering or solutions architecture
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java; comfort with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience driving engineering process changes at scale in enterprises
• Vertical depth in Financial Services, Energy, or Healthcare
• High agency and commercial awareness

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP server development, Claude Code deployment, or AI agent integration
• Track record defining engineering best practices in scaling organisations
• External presence in software engineering or AI tooling
• Experience with Anthropic, Databricks, or AWS ecosystems
