What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of compliance projects collaborating with product, marketing, and data teams.
  • Manage privacy program maturation by mapping policies, standards, and controls to privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Legal to develop holistic privacy-by-design solutions.
  • Conduct and manage privacy audits, including technical reviews of pixels, SDKs, and cookies.
  • Develop and implement internal data governance policies, standards, and training materials.
  • Monitor regulatory trends and report on data privacy KPIs for executive audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's with 3+ years in privacy compliance or related technical fields.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Technical experience with data flows, adtech, pixels, and SDKs.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy statutes, regulations, and consumer marketing guidance.
  • Experience at direct-to-consumer internet companies.
